Solution Overview Multi-Camera SolutionFlexible meeting spaces require flexibility solutions to maximise performance.  A front facing camera may be suitable for regular meetings, but for presentation or teacher / student interaction, additional AV equipment should be considered. There are a number of solutions on the market which offer camera switching, but these can dramatically increase the price of the solution for minimal additional performance.For many spaces, all that’s required is multiple camera, and the ability to switch between them easily.  The addition of a ReThink AV auto switching matrix allows both the in-room PC and guest laptops to access the AV and simply switch to the desired camera within the UC client (Teams/Zoom etc). For additional ease of use, the matrix can be programmed to switch sources on a keyboard shortcut or integrated into a room control system. Up to 5 USB peripherals can be configured and dual screen output is fully supported to allow maximum performance and flexibility. You must have Integration configured on your portal in order to set this up.If you do not have integration, please speak to your account manager for pricing.In February 2025, GoBright expanded their integration options. Rooms can already be linked to a room resource email address in O365 - but now desks and parking can be configured in the same way too.Each desk / parking space needs to be linked to a resource email address in your O365 environment. For example:  Once the resources are configured, they need to be setup in GoBright.DesksOn the GoBright portal head to Settings > Work and select the relevant desk you need to update. You need to change 'no integration' to the relevant name of the Integration you have configured. ParkingThe same as the above applies for parking, but can be found under Settings > Park.Once Microsoft and GoBright have synced, you can book directly from Outlook.For example, you can book an office, desk and a parking space via Outlook at the same time:And this will update both your calendar and the calendar for the room(s).The update is pushed to the GoBright portal. The TCP30M is a touch panel for use with MAXHUB OS powered XBoard all-in-one touchscreens.Follow these steps to setup wireless connection to your XBoard.1.  Open the Settings menu of your XBoard and confirm that wireless hotspot is enabled.  Keep this menu onscreen as you will need the hotspot details for step 5 below.2. Ensure the TCP30m is within 5m of the XBoard.  If the panel is further than this, it may be out of range of the wireless hotspot of the screen.3. Plug in the TCM30M.  It will load a configuration screen4. Select the 'Go To Connect' option under Wireless connection5. You will be asked to provide details of the wireless hotspot.  The default password is '12345678', but you can confirm this from the Hotspot settings on your XBoard.6. Enter the name of your XBoard screen (again, this can be found in the Hotspot settings)7. The panel will then pair with the screen and you will be presented with the home screen.The panel is then ready to use to launch calls and applications and change settings on the XBoard including audio and camera settings.

GoBright have released a Maintenance Mode option for their portal. Please note: The Interact display will not update to show the device as in maintenance mode. This will be a future release, but there is currently no release date that we can provide. This information was last updated on Wednesday 17/06/2026. What is Maintenance Mode?Need to take a resource out of action? Now you can. Setting a resource to maintenance blocks new bookings instantly. It’ll even give a heads-up to anyone who already had it booked so they can find an alternative resource. Sys Admins can also decide exactly who has the permissions to set maintenance for each location.Switching Maintenance OnThis is not enabled by default - so in this article, we'll guide you how to get up and running.This is done on a per-role basis - so, for example, you can restrict your portal so that only admins can put a resource into maintenance mode. Head to Settings > Users > Roles and enable the following:If you have multiple roles, you'll need to update each role accordingly. Putting a Resource Into MaintenanceTo put a resource into maintenance mode, head to Bookings > Maintenance:And then select the green 'Add Maintenance' icon.Once you have selected the correct location, you can select multiple resources - these include rooms, desks and also parking. Once saved, this is logged in Bookings > Maintenance. It's also displayed on the portal and you cannot book the resource. In this example, we've used a desk.For example when you select the resource:And on the map on your dashboard:Cancel MaintenanceIf the maintenance was completed before the scheduled time and the resource can be booked again, you can manually cancel it. Head back to Bookings > Maintenance and hit the X:As you can see, previous maintenance is shown but greyed out so there is still a log. Completed MaintenanceIf the scheduled maintenance time passes, you do not need to take any action as GoBright automatically updates to show it's finished and the desk is now bookable again.Remember: This is done on a per-role role basis and it needs to be enabled under Settings > Users > Roles. If the device powers up as expected, but is stuck on the Android boot screen, please follow these steps to re-flash (factory reset) the ProDVX panel. You will need to re-install the relevant booking app after performing the following steps.Unplug everything from the device, including the power source.Press and hold the "Volume +" button.Whilst holding this button, provide power to the device (can be both PoE or PSU).Keep holding the button until the Android Recovery menu appears. In this menu, navigate using the volume (+/-) buttons to the format/wipe system option.Select this option by long pressing the circular menu button next to it.After confirming the reset, reboot the device and check and confirm whether it does so without any issues.After step 7, please be patient as it can take up to 10 minutes for the panel to reload. When the process is complete, you'll have a blank Android panel. As this process completely resets the panel, you'll need to reconfigure the network - so if you're using Wi-Fi you will need to re-authenticate.If you have any further questions, please contact support@ascentae.com to log a support ticket. Download the GoBright View software from https://install.gobright.cloud/view/windows/.2. Create a folder on C:\ named 'gobright-view', and in that folder, create a folder called 'bootstrapper'. Do not use any quotes. For example:3. Find the Zipfile you've downloaded, and unzip it completely, all folders and files. Find the unzipped folder in the download called ‘bootstrapper’ and place all its content within the bootstrapper file at C:\gobright-view\bootstrapper. This folder should now look like this:4.
