Jupiter have issued a BIOS update to support the Trusted Platform Module 2.0 to be enabled on the OPS module.TPM2.0 is a prerequisite for Windows 11.Update Process1) On the OPS PC, ensure you are logged in with administrator rights2) Download the OPS11 BIOS update from the Software Downloads page of the Jupiter support site (Jupiter.com/support)3) Run the update which will install and restart WindowsChange BIOS Settings1) Ensure a keyboard is attached to the OPS module2) Reboot OPS3) Press ‘ESC’ on keyboard on restart to enter BIOS4) When in the BIOS menu, go to ‘Security’, ‘TPM Operation’ and Enable5) You will also need to enable ‘Secure Boot’6) Hit ‘F10’ to save settingsConfirm TPM Enablement1) Exit BIOS and boot OPS back into Windows2) In the ‘Run’ dialogue box, type ‘tpm.msc’ to confirm that TPM is enabledOnce these steps are complete, you will be able to upgrade to Windows 11.If in doubt, ask AscentaeWe are here to help. Here's a simple guide to factory resetting your GoBright Interact.With a small screwdriver or a paperclip you can press the reset button for 5-10 seconds.Let the device fully reboot. You'll then need the GoBright app to scan the QR code shown on screen and link the Interact to the relevant desk / room.The GoBright app is available for free on both Apple and Android devices. Just check out your relevant app store and search for 'GoBright'.

From the 6th of November 2024, it's now possible to add a buffer time for both before and after a meeting. This needs to be enabled in the profile that is linked to the room.You need to be an administrator to configure this option.1. Head to Settings > Rooms > Profiles and select the relevant profile you would like to update2. If you have more than one, select the profile that needs to be updated so that approval is required:3. Enter your desired times for before and after a meetingIf you try to book the room that violates the buffer, you will get the following error:Multiple email addresses can be added for notifications. Separate these with a comma.This can be coupled with Services - e.g. services to request a change of the layout of the room or deliver food and drink prior to the meeting.For any assistance, please contact support@ascentae.com.

Wi-Fi signal strength is measured in dBm, with values usually ranging from -30 dBm to -90 dBm. A value closer to 0 (e.g. -50 dBm) indicates a stronger, faster connection, while lower numbers (e.g. -80 dBm) indicates a weaker, slower, or unstable connection. -50 dBm to -60 dBm (Excellent/Good)-60 dBm to -70 dBm (Fair)-70 dBm to -80 dBm (Weak)-80 dBm to -90 dBm (Unusable)Walls and electronic interference will significantly drop the dBm value in your environment. Finding your dBm level on an InteractPress and hold the time in the top-right for a few secondsSelect open device infoHere you have 4 options on the left hand side. There is a signal indicator that will fluctuate in real-time.
