The TCP30M is a touch panel for use with MAXHUB OS powered XBoard all-in-one touchscreens.Follow these steps to setup wireless connection to your XBoard.1.  Open the Settings menu of your XBoard and confirm that wireless hotspot is enabled.  Keep this menu onscreen as you will need the hotspot details for step 5 below.2. Ensure the TCP30m is within 5m of the XBoard.  If the panel is further than this, it may be out of range of the wireless hotspot of the screen.3. Plug in the TCM30M.  It will load a configuration screen4. Select the 'Go To Connect' option under Wireless connection5. You will be asked to provide details of the wireless hotspot.  The default password is '12345678', but you can confirm this from the Hotspot settings on your XBoard.6. Enter the name of your XBoard screen (again, this can be found in the Hotspot settings)7. The panel will then pair with the screen and you will be presented with the home screen.The panel is then ready to use to launch calls and applications and change settings on the XBoard including audio and camera settings.

Jupiter have issued a BIOS update to support the Trusted Platform Module 2.0 to be enabled on the OPS module.TPM2.0 is a prerequisite for Windows 11.Update Process1) On the OPS PC, ensure you are logged in with administrator rights2) Download the OPS11 BIOS update from the Software Downloads page of the Jupiter support site (Jupiter.com/support)3) Run the update which will install and restart WindowsChange BIOS Settings1) Ensure a keyboard is attached to the OPS module2) Reboot OPS3) Press ‘ESC’ on keyboard on restart to enter BIOS4) When in the BIOS menu, go to ‘Security’, ‘TPM Operation’ and Enable5) You will also need to enable ‘Secure Boot’6) Hit ‘F10’ to save settingsConfirm TPM Enablement1) Exit BIOS and boot OPS back into Windows2) In the ‘Run’ dialogue box, type ‘tpm.msc’ to confirm that TPM is enabledOnce these steps are complete, you will be able to upgrade to Windows 11.If in doubt, ask AscentaeWe are here to help.
